Account information
We store your email, display name, linked login provider and sessions to provide account access. Passwords are stored as secure hashes, and email verification uses a short-lived code.
Photos and videos
Submitted reference photos are stored in private object storage and sent to our video-generation service to complete your request. This applies to 480p, 720p and 1080p output. Uploads are retained for up to 24 hours. Completed videos are retained for up to 30 days unless you delete them sooner.
Use only photos you have the right and any necessary permission to use. We do not use submitted photos to train our own models; provider processing is limited to delivering the generation request under the provider's terms.
Payments, cookies and analytics
Checkout is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Your email and order details are shared with that provider to process a purchase. We store order identifiers, credit balances and refund records needed to operate your account. We do not store payment-card details.
Essential cookies maintain sign-in. Browser storage preserves a local draft and your theme preference. Plausible, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are used only when configured; uploads, passwords, verification codes and account fields are not sent as analytics events.
Your data rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection where applicable. To make a request, contact support from the email address on your account and include any relevant task or order ID. Never send a password, sign-in code or full payment-card details.
We respond within 30 calendar days, or within the period required by applicable law. If a lawful extension is needed, we explain the reason and expected response date. Some transaction, fraud-prevention, enforcement or dispute records may be retained where legally required or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
